Elisa Baldo, Yamatologist, expert in Japanese customs and writer. Speaks besides Italian: Japanese, English and some Chinese. She has lived in Japan for two years for study and research of the Japanese language and culture, deepening her understanding of the oriental spirituality and knowledge of contemporary religious groups. Graduated in Oriental Languages and Literature at Ca Foscari University of Venice, she continued her religious, philosophical and anthropological studies at Keio University, the most prestigious private University of Tokyo. She has contributed to important cultural projects and to the realization of television reports on Japan, also for the “Italy in Japan 2001” manifestation. As a member of the British Association of Monaco, she participates at cultural activities in the Principality of Monaco.
